My Island Baby E-Boutique ships merchandise using Australia Post.
Please note we use various services, depending on the cost and speed of delivery required.
Domestic orders are shipped using Express Post, and do not require a signature on delivery. Please consider the security circumstances of your delivery address, as we cannot be held responsible for stolen parcels. Full tracking is available using this service.
International orders are sent using Standard International Post which offers full tracking however do not require a signature on delivery. Please consider the security circumstances of your delivery address, as we cannot be held responsible for stolen parcels. Full tracking is available using this service. This service is available only to the following countries:
Belgium, Canada, China, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Republic of Korea, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom and United States of America.
Delivery to all other international countries is sent via Australia Post Express Courier International. Express Courier International parcels offer full tracking and require a signature on delivery.
Any parcels returned to sender will be re-shipped at the cost of the customer, and we will not be held responsible for parcels that are redirected to a local post office for collection. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for a delayed parcel due to incorrect entry of details.
Orders placed on a weekend day, will be processed within 48 hours. My Island Baby is unable to dispatch parcels over the weekend.
Please note, during sale periods and times of seasonal offers, dispatch of orders and in turn delivery time may be delayed. We aim to process all orders in a timely manner, but we ask for your patience in order processing.

$25 Standard International sent using Australia Post Standard International Post - Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom and United States of America. Delivery time 7-14 days.
$50.00 International Express sent using Australia Post Express Courier International.
$15.00 Sydney Metro Courier with Want It Now. Outside of Sydney Metro, pricing updates based on the post code entered. Please note, during the Holiday Period there can be some delays with Want It Now. This is generally a 3 hour service, although this can take around 4-5 hours during the Christmas period.
Free shipping applies to all orders over $200 AU. Free shipping orders are sent using Express Post within Australia, and Standard Shipping Internationally or Express Courier where this service is not available.
My Island Baby cannot be held responsible for any customs taxes charged. Any fees to this nature are the responsibility of the customer.
