General Shipping Information

  • We ship worldwide from our Avalon, NSW warehouse.
  • All small / medium orders are shipped via Sendle & Australia Post.
  • All Large / Oversized Items are sent with Furniture Couriers.
  • Click & Collect is available at Pittwater Place.

    Small / Medium Items

    • Small/Medium Items orders are shipped with Sendle or Australia Post.
    • Orders over $100.00 AUD are eligible for free shipping.
    • Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.
    • Shipping for small orders is $15 Australia Wide.
    • Shipping for medium size orders is $30 Australia Wide.
    • Small or Medium sizes will be determined for you at checkout depending on the type of product you have purchased.
    • Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
    • You are responsible for tracking your own delivery.
    • We use registered postal services throughout Australia with tracking available from door to door.
    • A signature is required on all deliveries. Please ensure your order can be sent to an address where someone will be present.
    • We cannot deliver to a PO BOX.
    • If your parcel is not collected and is returned back to My Island Collective, the customer is to cover costs of re-postage.
    • Deliveries may take up to 2-5 days, depending on location.
    • If you do not receive your order after 7 working days of being dispatched please email sales@myislandcollective.com.au so we can follow up.

    Large / Bulky / Oversized Items 

    • Contact us to arrange a shipping quote for your order or alternatively if you have already placed your order online, please allow 1-2 days for a quote to be sent you.
    • All shipping costs must be paid in full before the order can be sent.
    • All large online orders are shipped with a specialised furniture courier with tracking from door to door or in some cases, to your closest depot.
    • Delivery dates and further information will be sent to you via email prior to arrival.

    Click & Collect 

    • We have a 'click & collect' option available that you can select at checkout. We will contact you to let you know when the items are ready for collection.
    • Store opening hours : Monday – Saturday (10am - 3pm)

    International Shipping

    • Please contact us via email at sales@myislandcollective.com.au if you would like to order anything from our website and we may be able to provide you with a quote for International shipping.
    • Please note that the customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes and customs clearances that are relevant to that country. Please note, this is for small clothing items only.

     

    The Fine Print: Our Returns & Exchange Policy

    If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we do not offer a refund but are happy to provide a credit note for the purchase amount. The return shipping costs are your responsibility. This includes cases where the incorrect size has been purchased.

    If an item is faulty then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and shipping charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase. Warranty cases are determined on a case by case basis. We have a 30 day warranty period on all of our pieces. Please note this excludes fair wear and tear.

    • Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
    • Items(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original packaging/tags attached.
    • Giftcards, sale and clearance are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

    How do I return an item?

    • Email: sales@myislandcollective.com.au
    • Include your Order Number (can be found in your order confirmation email) and information around the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.
    • We will respond to your email within 2 business days and provide you with a returns form and necessary instructions.
    • All returns/credit notes/exchanges will take 2 days to process once items arrive back at our warehouse. We suggest using a trackable service when you send your items back to us.
    • All exchanges will be charged a return shipping fee.
