Shipping And Delivery

Our Sydney warehouse is open and packs and ships from Monday to Friday excluding weekends and Public Holidays.

Orders placed before 1PM will be packed and dispatched within 24-48 hours, please note this does not apply to orders placed during sale time.

We currently offer shipment through Australia Post, Sendle, DHL or Click & Collect (local pickup).

COVID-19 SHIPPING DELAYS

We apologise for any shipping delays you may be currently experiencing. Our shipping partner Australia Post, Sendle and DHL are working hard to get your orders to you in a COVID Safe & timely manner.

All orders placed before 1PM weekdays (excluding public holidays) are still being packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24-48 hours.

Australia: All Standard Shipping orders within Australia are currently experiencing a 1-5 day delay on the expected delivery date. Express shipping is currently running to schedule, and we recommend selecting this if you need a package within a specific timeframe.

New Zealand: Orders placed with Standard Shipping are currently taking approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive due to high volumes of parcels and limited flights. Express Shipping is available at check out for faster delivery times.

International: All other international orders placed with Standard Shipping are taking approximately 3-5 weeks to arrive. For faster delivery timeframes, please choose Express Shipping. Cost will be calculated at checkout.

When orders are dispatched you will be emailed a tracking number. This is the best way to receive updates on where your order is and is expected delivery time.

If you have any questions at all about your delivery or if it has not been scanned for over 10 days, please feel free to get in contact and we would be happy to help.

SHIPPING RATES

Australia: Shipping for small orders is $10 Australia Wide and $30 for medium orders. Small or Medium sizes will be determined for you at checkout depending upon the type of product.

We offer Express Shipping through Australia Post Australia wide for small and medium size parcels only, please note this will be calculated at checkout.

Large / Bulky & Oversized Items:

Please contact us to arrange a shipping quote for your order or alternatively if you have already placed your order online, please allow 1-2 days for a quote to be sent to you. Shipping costs must be paid in full before the order can be sent out.

All large online orders are shipped with a specialised furniture courier with tracking from door to door or in some cases to your closest depot. Delivery dates and further information will be sent to you via email prior to arrival.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

(no large/bulky and oversized items, including rattan furniture, bassinets, artwork, lamps, mirrors, and rugs can be sent internationally at this time). We offer the following rates only for clothing, linen, and jewellery.

New Zealand:

We offer standard and express shipping to New Zealand, please note this will be calculated at checkout.

All other International:

For all international orders the shipping will be calculated at checkout.

CLICK & COLLECT

For local customers we offer a free Click & Collect service that you can select at checkout.

Orders will be picked and packed as normal, from there an email will be sent to you confirming that the order is ready for collection.

Our pickup location is shop 28, Pittwater Place Mona Vale NSW, 2103. Please refrain from coming to collect your order before we have sent you the confirmation email.

Your order will be packed in a timely manner, and we endeavour to have them all out as quickly as we can.

How can I track my order?

When orders have been dispatched, we will send out a confirmation email to let you know it is on it’s way to you. This email will include a tracking link that you can use to follow your order’s journey!

Do you pack orders on Public Holidays & weekends?

We close every weekend and public holiday to give our amazing team a break!

How long will it take to receive my order during sale time?

Unfortunately, due to the sheer volume of orders we receive during sale we cannot guarantee when your order will be dispatched. We try our hardest to get all orders out as quickly as possible, and you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking when we do.

Will I have to pay duties & taxes?

Unfortunately, duties and taxes vary from country to country, payment of these (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
